India Day Parade, NYC

It was a day of pride for ‘KOA,’ August 20th 2023, as we participated in the Indian Day parade in New York City organized by FIA. This was the first time that KOA represented our Community in India Day parade in New York City with a KOA FLOAT. It was a spectacular show, and our float was one of the best-decorated ones.

The theme of the KOA float was to display our heritage, culture, religion, and way of life. FIA (Federation of Indian Association) is the one of the oldest and largest nonprofit grass-root umbrella organization. The Kashmir Float was covered by the media as well.
