KOA ZONE 7 ACTIVITIES

1. Jun 16, 2007 Community Picnic report by Mohan Sapru, Chapter President, Chicago:

Regarding June 16th picnic function, I wish to sincerely thank Anitaji Ambardar and Rajji Koul for organizing a wonderful and fun-filled community picnic at the Gilson Park, and express gratitude to all the  community members who rendered help. Since Anitaji had booked the park shed free of cost for our community picnic, no money was collected from the attending families and hence there are no account details to report.

Last but not least, many thanks to all those community members who made it a priority to attend  this community picnic despite their busy summer schedules.

2. Naveen and Sanjila Dhar’s Report on the Chicago camp:

As part of keeping the KP Chicago family informed, i am sending a link with the pictures of the camp. Thanks to Bansiji, Sanjila and Sharat for uploading the pictures.

We had a blast and enjoyed the camp. We had 10 families. Hiking, Swimming, Singing, campfire, Great Food were the Highlights. The kids had an overdose of Fun ( if there is such a thing as that)..:-) The Cabins at Potato creek are simply great.

We missed a lot of you who couldn’t make it especially the three families who unfortunately due to cabin issues could not make it. The camp would have even more enjoyable with your company. We missed you.. We all enjoyed having Kachru's who drove in  for the day..

There are no Accounts to share as no money was collected. The cabin cost was spilt by people sharing cabins.
